            Decide which categories you want to spend more 
            attention.

            Define your perfect day in detail from wakeup to 
            sleep.

            Wakeup at the same time everyday.

            Shock your old routine with your new perfect day
            to instill habits.

            Schedule focus time.

            Get enough sleep.

            Visualize your perfect day.


 

7. Simplify

 

            Simplify your life and delete/eliminate negative 
            energy from your life.

            Delete relationships with toxic people, clients, 
            staff, and vendors.
