Write down your goals. Organize goals by Health, Relationships, Finances, Business, and Personal. Read your goals when you wake up. Read your goals when you go to sleep. Develop monthly, annual, 10 year, and lifetime goals. Focus on your goals. Visualize your goals. 2. Focus Focus, focus, focus. Decide on goal to focus on. Schedule time for focus. Delete/eliminate interruptions. Delete distractions. Avoid urgent tasks. Take action with focus from planning in advance. Focus on your goals. 3. Plan Your Life Define your future. Spend 1% of your life planning your goals and life. Spend 2 hours per month planning your month and goals before 1st of month. Spend 30 minutes on Sunday planning your week of Monday-Sunday. Spend 10 minutes per day reading your goals at wakeup and bed time. Spend 1% of your day of 1,000 minutes planning your life by reading your goals. One hour spent planning is worth five hours of doing. 4. Balance Decide on balance you want in your life between categories of life. Decide which categories you want to spend more attention. Decide which categories you want to spend less attention. Reduce your daily expectations of tasks to be accomplished. Increase your monthly expectations of goals to be achieved. Keep a scorecard of your life balance each week and review monthly. 5. Habits Change your habits to change your life. Delete bad habits. Start good new habits. Replace bad habits with good habits. Repeat a new habit 20 times to make it a habit. Daily habits are easier to learn than monthly habits. Keep a scorecard of your habits. Achieve a gold medal in life by kaizen of continuous incremental improvement. It is so easy to do…it is so hard to do. 6. My Perfect Day Define your perfect day in detail from wakeup to sleep. Wakeup at the same time everyday. Shock your old routine with your new perfect day to instill habits. Schedule focus time. Get enough sleep. Visualize your perfect day.
7. Simplify Simplify your life and delete/eliminate negative energy from your life. Delete relationships with toxic people, clients, staff, and vendors. Delete clutter. Delete too many goals. Delete too many tasks. Delete excess stuff. Delete guilt of non-achievement. 8. Clear Make your goals clear. Be clear to people about your goals. Keep your desk clear. Keep your schedule clear. Let your mind clear. Drink clear water. 9. Accountability Share your goals with positive people who will encourage you. Hold yourself accountable to goal focus. Track your monthly success of goals. 10. Happiness Be happy. Don’t worry. Smile.
